How do I place an order?
Choose your piece, select an available size and colour, add it to your bag, and follow the checkout steps. You can review your delivery details before placing your order.
How can I check my order status?
Sign in with the account used for your order and open Orders. You can see each status update and any courier details there.
Which payment methods are available?
Cash on delivery is currently available at checkout. The payment options shown at checkout are the options available for your order.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Within 7 days of delivery, open Orders in your account and tap “Request a return” on the order. See our Returns page for the conditions.
How do I choose a size?
Use the size and fit information on the product page. If you need help choosing, contact us with the product name and your usual measurements.
